What ID Do I Need to Show at Hotel Check-In?

The Crew

Last Update il y a 4 mois

All airline staff hotel rates require proof of employment in the aviation industry at check-in. Accepted forms of identification typically include:

  • A valid airline employee ID card (most commonly accepted)
  • A company badge with your name, photo, and airline logo
  • A crew pass or airport access badge

    What does NOT work:
    • A boarding pass (this proves you flew, not that you work for an airline)
    • A personal business card without official airline branding
    • A screenshot of a roster or schedule (most hotels will not accept this)

Important: If you fail to present valid ID, the hotel may charge you the full rack rate or cancel the booking entirely. Always keep your airline ID in your crew bag.
