Crew hotel offers may come from a hotel group or an individual property. Eligibility, availability and booking instructions depend on the selected offer; an airline or airport ID alone does not guarantee access to every rate.

Before you book

• Confirm that your role and everyone included in the booking qualify.
• Read the required booking route, verification steps and accepted documents. Ask the property before booking if your evidence is not clearly listed.
• Check room availability, minimum stays, cancellation terms and any other restrictions.
• Review the total price, including any applicable taxes, charges or extras, before paying.
