Crew hotel rates reach you along two routes. Most large groups run an airline crew or travel industry rate of their own, and separately a great many individual hotels set a crew rate themselves. You book directly with the property either way, and there is no membership and nothing to log into on our side.
Why the second route matters
Outside the chain programmes every hotel decides for itself whether it gives aviation staff a lower rate. One property can run a generous crew rate while the one down the road does nothing at all. That is exactly why our list is also built by destination and not only by brand.
It also means the conditions come from the hotel and not from us. A minimum number of nights, blackout dates around big events, or a limited allocation of crew rooms are all things a property can attach to its own rate. Plenty of hotels attach nothing at all.
What about Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Hyatt?
