What Is First Class and How Do I Get Access?

First Class brings ACD hotel information together in one place. You can also browse the public hotel pages before signing up. Access to a list does not guarantee a particular hotel rate, eligibility or availability.

Getting access for the first time

1. Open the First Class page and follow its signup instructions.
2. Use your email address and check for the confirmation message.
3. Confirm your address if requested, then look for the access message.

An access code is different from an account password. Follow the current page instructions rather than trying to reset an account password.

Missing or lost access code
Check your welcome email, a recent ACD newsletter, and your spam or promotions folder. Check whether you completed the email-confirmation step.
If you have already signed up again and still have no code, do not repeat the signup. Use the contact form, state which email address you used and explain what you have already tried. The form requests help; it does not guarantee immediate delivery or recovery.

Before booking a hotel
Read the individual hotel’s booking instructions, eligibility and required documents. Your reservation is with the hotel or provider specified by that offer.
