How Do I Find Crew Hotel Deals by Country, City, or Airport?

There are two routes. Browse by country on our hotel pages, or type a city or an airport into the search bar on the homepage. The search bar works on cities and airports, never on country names.
Route one: browse by country
This is the fastest route when you know the country but not the city yet. Start on the hotel discounts overview and pick your destination. The country pages crew ask about most:

• Crew hotel rates in the United States
• Crew hotel rates in Thailand
• Crew hotel rates in Mexico
• Crew hotel rates in Indonesia
• Crew hotel rates in the Caribbean

Each page shows which properties give aviation staff a rate and tells you per hotel what you need to do. Country pages are open to everyone, with no code required.
Route two: search by city or airport

• Open the homepage.
• Type the city or the airport name into the search bar at the top.
• Three letter IATA codes work too, so AMS, JFK, or DXB take you straight there.
• Pick your destination from the suggestions.

Country names do not work in the search bar. That is the most common mistake visitors make, and it returns nothing useful. For a whole country, use route one.
Nothing sensible coming up? Try the city instead of the airport, or the other way around, because a few smaller fields are listed under their town. If your field is genuinely tiny, try the nearest large airport, since crew rates tend to be regional rather than terminal specific.
While you are on a destination page
Destination pages gather more than hotels alone: they collect the partners and local offers we have on file for that airport and city. You can also browse everything at once through search deals.

Your hotel is not listed
Then we would genuinely like to hear about it. Hotels change hands and change policy constantly, and some of the best staff rates only surface because a colleague tipped us off. Send it in through add a deal and we check it before it goes on the site.
