ACD helps aviation and travel-industry users find relevant offers. Being part of that audience does not mean you qualify for every hotel, car-rental or other deal.
Start with the specific offer

- Read the eligible roles, booking route and required documents.
- Ask the provider to clarify anything that does not explicitly cover your situation before you book.
An airline, airport or company ID is not a universal approval. Do not assume that a particular badge, payslip, roster or employer letter is accepted, or that verification only happens at arrival.
Different roles and circumstances
Flight and cabin crew, ground staff, ATC, cargo, business aviation, contractors and travel-industry colleagues should all check the offer that interests them. If you work through an agency or third party, confirm how the provider assesses your role and employment evidence.
For retirement-specific information, start with the retired aviation staff section. Cadet status, retirement, family travel and travelling without the eligible staff member require their own checks.
