What Is My Password? (You Do Not Need One)
There is no account and no password on this site. What you are probably looking for is your First Class access code, which arrives by mail when you sign up and sits in the footer of every newsletter.

The short answer: there is no password
There is no account on this site and no password to remember. Nothing to log into, nothing to renew, and no card details anywhere. If you are looking for a password, what you probably need is your First Class access code, which is a different thing.
What First Class is
First Class is our crew only page holding the complete verified list of hotels that give aviation staff a rate. It is free for aviation staff. You get in by signing up on the First Class page with your email address and confirming it. The access code then arrives automatically.
Where your code is, if you already signed up
- In the welcome mail we sent when you joined. Search your inbox for it, including the spam folder and the promotions tab.
- In the footer of every newsletter we send, so any recent mail from us has it.
If it is genuinely gone
You do not need to mail anyone. Fill in the sign up form on the First Class page again with the same address and confirm the mail. Bookmark the page this time, and future you, booking at some unholy hour after a long duty, will be grateful.
Signed up but nothing arrived at all? It is almost always the spam folder or the promotions tab, because the mail is sent automatically. Check that you clicked the confirmation link too, since the code only follows after that. Still nothing, then tell us which address you used through our contact form and we sort it by hand.
What you show, and to whom
Your airline or aviation staff ID is shown to the hotel or the rental desk at the counter, never to us. We do not ask for a staff number, a passport, or a photo of your ID, and nothing is uploaded anywhere.
