Do I Need an Account, a Membership, or a Code?

You can browse the public ACD hotel pages without a First Class access code. First Class has its own access process, while each hotel or rental offer has separate booking and eligibility requirements.

First Class access

1. Open the First Class page and follow the signup instructions.
2. Check your email and complete the requested confirmation step.
3. Look for the access message, including in spam or promotions.

A First Class access code is not an account password or a rental discount code. If you lose it, check your welcome email and recent ACD newsletters. If you already tried signing up again without success, do not repeat the signup; use the contact form and explain what you have tried.

Booking an offer
For a new crew car rental, the ACD Alamo page is our preferred starting point. Other offers may use different booking instructions, including a code. Do not assume that every offer works the same way.
For hotels, follow the instructions on the individual property’s listing. Ask the provider to confirm eligibility and required documents if your situation is unclear. Access to ACD information does not guarantee that a provider will accept a particular ID.
