Deals Sent In by Fellow Crew, and How to Add Yours

Deals found by colleagues get their own section once we have checked them, and you can send one in yourself through the submit a deal form. Crew intel finds the local gems that never appear in any corporate deal list.

The short answer
A lot of this site exists because a colleague sent something in. Those finds get their own home once we have checked them: the crew submitted deals section. If you have spotted something, the form is at submit a deal and it takes a couple of minutes.
Why crew tips beat press releases
Corporate deal lists are built centrally. The best staff rates are not. A restaurant near the crew hotel that quietly knocks something off for aviation staff, a spa that recognises a badge, an independent hotel that never appears in any chain program: those only surface because somebody who was actually there mentioned it.
What to include when you send one in
  • The company name and the exact location, city and street or airport area.
  • How the discount is applied: at the desk, at the till, when booking, or on request.
  • What they asked to see, for example an airline ID badge, an airport ID, or a roster.
  • Any conditions you noticed, such as certain days, a minimum stay, or excluded periods.
  • The date you used it, because that tells us how fresh the tip is.
Photos are welcome, and if you would rather stay anonymous on the published listing, just say so when you send it.
What happens after you send it
We check a deal before it goes live, and we correct or pull it as soon as crew report that it has changed. That loop is the whole reason the list stays worth reading. We would much rather hear from you than find out later.
Found something wrong on our side?
Tell us. Partners move rates without warning us, and a listing that no longer matches reality costs you a deal and costs us your trust. Send the page and what you actually saw on location through our contact form and we will get it corrected.
Is the hotel you want simply not on the site yet? Same route: send it in through submit a deal and we will look into it.
Browsing what colleagues have already found
Have a scroll through the crew submitted deals section, or search your destination on the deal search page to see what is live right now for the city you are heading to. No account and no code needed, and you show your airline ID where the partner asks for it.
Your next step
Next time a place gives you a rate because of your badge, note the name before you forget it and send it in through submit a deal. The colleague on the next rotation will never know it was you, but they will land somewhere cheaper because of it.
A note on how we make money
Some of the links on our site are affiliate links. If you book through one of them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. It never changes the rate you get, and it is what keeps this site free to use with no membership fee. We only list deals we believe are genuinely useful for aviation staff.
