How the Alamo Crew Rate Works and How to Book It
Follow the ACD booking route, check the selected offer’s terms and prepare the required documents before pickup.

Start with the ACD Alamo crew-rate page and follow its booking link. The selected offer and booking confirmation determine your rate, eligibility and rental conditions.

Prepare for pickup
Bring the documents required by your selected offer. Requirements can differ by provider, location and booking. Do not assume every airline or airport ID is accepted, that a badge alone is enough, or that verification happens only at the counter.
Check who must be the main driver and whether an additional driver is permitted. If your flight is delayed, use the provider’s instructions in your confirmation; adding a flight number does not guarantee that the vehicle will be held.
Check whether the offer fits your trip
Eligibility depends on the specific offer, including rules for staff roles, retirees, accompanying family and the purpose of travel. Retired staff can also consult our retired aviation staff information. Confirm any unclear condition before booking.
If the offer does not fit your situation or destination, compare alternatives on our worldwide car-rental comparison page.
Already have a booking?
Use the change, cancellation and support instructions in your own confirmation. The booking provider manages your reservation. Do not cancel or rebook solely on advice from this article.
Keep the right starting point
Bookmark the ACD Alamo page, then check the current terms for each new rental. A saved link does not guarantee a future rate or availability. For more background, read our Alamo crew-arrangement guide.
