Urgent help with an existing booking
Contact the booking provider using the details in your confirmation. The provider handles changes, cancellations, pickup issues and refund requests under your reservation terms. ACD cannot look up, change or cancel a reservation, or guarantee a refund. Do not wait for an ACD reply when a booking deadline is approaching.

• A short description of the problem and what you have already tried.
• The relevant dates, if needed to understand the issue.

If you attach a screenshot, hide payment details, identity documents and unrelated personal information. Share a full booking reference with the booking provider through its official support channel.
